Well engineered, performs excellent, installation takes time and moderate skills
Installed on 2003 Vibe, w/manual transmission, took son and I ~7 hours to install. All of the components are well engineered, high quality. Once installed, controls speed accurately - as good as any late model vehicle. The throttle bracket made connecting to the throttle very easy. Would help if instructions were explicit to recommended locations to mount controller - mounted mine on firewall near brake booster. Brake switch was easy and vibe has threaded slot for clutch switch so no custom bracket work required. Mounting switch stalk to steering cowl was easy. Running wires, feeding through firewall, connecting all of them took a lot of time, was moderately complex. Instructions on wiring were fair but not entirely clear - took time to figure out. Only two minor criticisms. The instructions for the switch, optional clutch switch, and controller did not conflict but it would have helped to have a document combining all the instructions - would have made understanding how everything is interconnected easier. A note was provided stating the dip switches were set specific to my car make/model/year and did not need to change - that was not the case as troubleshooting after installing showed someone forgot to set dip switch for manual clutch. If you have some experience with car mechanics/wiring, you can install this but block out a whole day to do the work and plan carefully where you will mount controller and run wiring.
