Works Great!
I had my local VW repair guy install this for me. It works great! The buttons are a little "soft", meaning there isn't much resistance when you press them, so sometimes I'm not entirely sure if I've pressed it or not. But it does work well in my 2014 VW Jetta S.

This system was easy to install, clear instructions but I wish they had some instructions on how to remove some of the panels you have to get behind. Good thing for you tube. System worked great once installed.
