It was a very easy plug and play install, with only one wire that needed to be spliced into the vehicles wiring. The cruise control works nicely, with only a small variance of speed happening depending on the grade of the road.

I have 2 small disappointments with this product; 1. It doesn't turn the dash cruise light on; 2. It doesn't have a cancel button. I tend to use the cancel button on a cruise control system quite a bit. However, I was aware there was no cancel button before I purchased it, and I can live without it. As far as not turning the dash cruise light on, it does have a small light on the switch that is illuminated when it is on. I still gave this product 5 stars because I think it is a very well designed kit, with very clear instructions. Installation was very straightforward. I also must add that the company has very good customer service, as I had to call with a question.

Once install properly, it's a seamless solution that everybody think it came with the van. Why 4 star instead of 5? When driving on a flat surface, it holds your speed perfectly and consistenlty but when there's a small slope, like a highway overpass, it starts to downshift like crazy. Probably the right thing to do in a Honda Civic but not in a V8 E-250. **** If you have a bigger / heavier Van, sometime the 250-1847 is a better fit. It usually takes care of those grade issues.
